The organization works side by side with activists, human rights defenders (HRDs), community leaders and CSOs by involving them in work plans and programs, as well as adopting the context of periodic reviews of previous programs. The organization allows active women and youth to participate in the elections of the Board of Directors, which writes the general policies of the organization and involve them in implementation of activities to ensure greater access to local communities.
