أقامت منظمة الحوار المتمدن للتنمية ورشة بناء قدرات حول الحوكمة الرشيدة وتطوير إدارة الموظفين، حاضر فيها السيد وسام جعفر مدير منظمة تواصل لتمكين الشباب والمدير الاقليمي لمشروع بوينت مينا، تضمن التدريب عرضاً حول مفهوم الحوكمة في السياق التأريخي وأهميتها ونظرة على لوائح وسياقات العمل بالاضافة الى تقديم نماذج تطبيقية عملية.
